{Review} Green Kid Crafts // A Subscription Crafts Box

green kid crafts review via the pinning mamaSubscription boxes are all the rage now and have started popping up everywhere.  I have seen everything from makeup to cooking and snacks for kids. They are such a convenient and inexpensive way to sample new products. They’re also a great way to add some excitement into your everyday life. I was so happy when Green Kid Crafts gave me the opportunity to review their subscription craft box. This was so brilliant to me! And it couldn’t have come at a better time. We are staying with the Grandparents for a while so instead of having to buy a bunch of new items to make crafts, this box came with everything we needed!

Green Kid Crafts is a mom-owned and operated green company that uses safe and sustainable materials to create activity kits that build creativity and confidence.  The first box that we received contained “Around the World” crafts. I didn’t think that my 3 year old would be able to appreciate the cards that explained the different crafts, but she sat next to me and was so excited! These kiddos are such little sponges, so I guess it’s never to early to start teaching them about other countries!

Inside our box were the supplies and materials to make 3 crafts – Guatemala worry doll, Chinese swallow kite, and Australian Cave Painting . Other activities that Green Kid Crafts provides are Dinosaur, Planet, Backyard etc. Not only are these crafts excellent, but this is such a great time to be active with your child and teach them. Your child is not just playing with these crafts – they’re creating something that they can be proud of, exercise their brain and learn about the world around them. GivingBox13833 WorldMusicBox13911

We had a great time with these crafts and I”d love to continue receiving a box each month. My daughter’s favorite craft was the worry doll. She took it to bed with her! We even FaceTimed with Daddy (he’s in Korea) and she was beaming when she showed him her art project. She also thinks she pretty cool because she has her very own passport with stickers! She seriously thinks she’s about to travel the world. Ha! passport

Kids love getting mail, so imagine how excited they’ll be when they get mail AND a craft-ivity! Green Kid Crafts has a gift subscription that would be so fun to give.  Or if Grandma and Grandpa see the kiddos a lot, start having these boxes shipped to their house. This is a great way to find out if Green Kid Crafts is for you!
