Barbecue Chicken Salad {Paleo + Whole30 Compliant}



  1. In a large bowl mix the chicken, mayo and bbq seasoning until evenly combined.
  2. Add the bell pepper, onion, and cilantro into the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes to overnight to let flavors combine.
  4. Mix well when you remove from the refrigerator and serve chilled on romaine lettuce, cucumber slices, avocado halves, mini pepper halves or your favorite way to eat it!
