The BEST Cauliflower Soup Recipe




Yield 6 bowls

This really is the BEST Cauliflower soup recipe!  It is smooth, creamy, rich and delicious.  You can customize it by topping it with any flavors you want to make it the ultimate meal.  This soup is not only delicious when you make it, but it is just as good reheated for lunch or dinner again the next day.


Topping Options


  1. Chop the cauliflower in to roughly even 2-3 inch pieces.  Add the cauliflower, garlic, chopped onion, chicken broth, salt and pepper to the pot of the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Once it is done cooking, add the cream cheese and cheddar to the slow cooker.  Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.
  3. Serve hot and garnish with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!


  • Store leftover soup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to three months.
