Buffalo Lime Grilled Chicken {Paleo + Whole30 Compliant}



  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breast and place in a ziplock bag.
  2. Add hot sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder to the chicken.
  3. Squeeze out air and zip bag closed. Then work the marinade all around in the bag to mix and coat chicken.
  4. Let sit for 2 hours- over night.
  5. Grill chicken on medium high heat for 6-8 minutes with the lid down and then flip and grill an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
