Here’s a simple recipe from me.
Ingredients needed:
– Mint syrup or liqueur (anywhere from 20 to 50ml deppending on the personal taste)
– 6-7 Fresh mint leaves
– Some sugar syrup (about 10ml)
– Lemon or Lime juice (or slices) – 10ml should be enough
– Ice
– Club soda (sparkling water or whatever u call it)
Put the mint leaves in the glass and mash them a little (like you would do for the mojito recipe)
Add some of the mint liqueur.
Add the lemon juice and the sugar syrup.
Put in some ice cubes and top it all off with the soda water.
All of the ingredients and quantities are optional and should be adjusted to fit your personal preferences. Also if it’s a kids party
use mint syrup. For a great gettogether with friends use the liqueur.
For additional effect you can put a couple of differently coloured marrasquino cherries in the glass.
P.S – If you’re going with the lemon/lime slices option – add them at the beginning with the mint leaves and mash them togheter to get juices flowing and mixed togheter.
