Cauliflower Rice Burrito Bowl {Paleo + Whole30 Compliant}

Yield 1 Extra Large Bowl



  1. Add the cauliflower rice to the bottom of a wide shallow bowl.
  2. Place the chopped romaine on the top of the rice, then top with the fajita chicken and veggies.
  3. Top with guacamole, salsa, green onions, pico, or your other favorite toppings.
