Fajita Skewer Recipe {Paleo + Whole30 Compliant}



  1. Dice chicken into 1 in cubes and place into a ziplock with seasoning and mix until coated.
  2. Let meat marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Chop bell peppers and onions into 1 in pieces.
  4. Assemble kebobs on skewers by alternating the meat and veggies.
  5. Grill on medium high for 4 minutes, flip and grill until chicken is cooked through.
