  1. In a food processor combine Cashews, Oats, Cinnamon (or Cocoa Powder) and Pitted Dates.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is well blended and begins to clump together.
  3. Add Mix-ins of your choosing.
  4. Roll into golf ball sized bites.
  5. Dip into chocolate and add sprinkles if desired.
