{Healthier} Restaurant Style Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Lay the chips on a cookie sheet in a thin layer
  2. Sprinkle with a small amount of cheese.
  3. Add corn and black beans over the chips to taste.
  4. Spread your chopped chicken breast evenly over the chips.
  5. Add any other veggies desired (bell pepper, onion, green chilis etc.)
  6. Sprinkle with Rotel tomatoes
  7. Cover top with a layer of cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 400?F for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
  9. Top with a scoop of sour cream, guacamole and Rotel. Serve hot!
