Light & Healthy Greek Party Dip
- 3-4 Roma Tomatoes
- 3 Green Onions
- 1/2 C Feta Cheese (Fat free is okay!)
- 1 Can Artichoke Hearts
- 2 Tablespoons Capers
- 1/2 Tablespoon Cavender's Greek Seasoning (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- Dice and combine tomatoes, green onions and artichokes.
- Add feta cheese, and capers.
- Sprinkle with Greek Seasoning and then drizzle with olive oil.
- Stir until well combined
- Serve with thinly sliced crusty bread or pita chips.
