Light & Healthy Greek Party Dip

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 1/2 C Feta Cheese Fat free is okay!
  • 1 Can Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cavender's Greek Seasoning more or less to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Dice and combine tomatoes, green onions and artichokes.
  • Add feta cheese, and capers.
  • Sprinkle with Greek Seasoning and then drizzle with olive oil.
  • Stir until well combined
  • Serve with thinly sliced crusty bread or pita chips.
