The Best Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs diced
  • 1/4 c Light Mayo
  • 1/2 of a Lemon juiced
  • 2 Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together until blended
  • Chill for at least one hour
  • Serve on whole wheat toast, baguette, a bed of greens, or in a hollowed tomato
