  • 1.5 lb ground turkey or ground beef
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning- use this one to ensure gluten free! It is what makes these tacos SO GOOD!

  • Sauté the meat in a large skillet over medium high heat, breaking up the meat and stirring, until no longer pink. Drain any excess liquid and return to the burner.
  • Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and seasoning and continue to cook stirring regularly until the liquid has mostly evaporated and the meat is coated in the tomato and seasoning.
  • Remove from heat, and serve as desired.  Enjoy!

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to a month.
