The BEST Taco Meat
This taco seasoning is the perfect combination of tender and flavorful. It is perfect for filling tacos or in other dishes like stuffed peppers, enchiladas, or burritos. This meat is naturally gluten free, dairy free, low carb, and kid friendly!

- 1.5 lb ground turkey or ground beef
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning- use this one to ensure gluten free! It is what makes these tacos SO GOOD!
Sauté the meat in a large skillet over medium high heat, breaking up the meat and stirring, until no longer pink. Drain any excess liquid and return to the burner.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and seasoning and continue to cook stirring regularly until the liquid has mostly evaporated and the meat is coated in the tomato and seasoning.
Remove from heat, and serve as desired. Enjoy!
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to a month.
