Lay your crescent rolls out flat and press with fingers to even it out and seal any seams.
Lay Brie in the middle of the dough and wrap the crescent edges up and around the brie pressing to seal the edges around the brie.
Flip the brie over so the smooth side is up and place it on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350?F for 20-25 minutes or until the cresects are cooked through and golden brown.
Let the brie rest for 5-10 minutes after removing from the oven.
Drizzle half the honey evenly over the top of the brie, sprinkle the pecans over the top of the honey and drizzle the remaining honey over top.
Serve warm with crackers or wheat thins.
