Preheat oven to 225 degrees F
Air pop your popcorn
Heat butter, sugar, and kayro syrup in a large pot on high until boiling and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
In a small bowl mix the Jello and baking soda.
Once the sugar mixture is finished boiling remove it from heat and mix in the Jello mixture.
If you want the color to be darker or a different hue, mix in food coloring of your choice.
Now mix as much of your popcorn as will fit into the sugar-Jello mixture.
Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, stir the popcorn and repeat one more time.
once you remove the popcorn from the oven the second time you will mix in your candy eyes t the popcorn mixture and stir.
Let the popcorn cool for around 45 min- 1 hour then break it up and serve.
