I love this time of year! Besides the wonderful weather it’s the beginning of grilling season, which is perfect timing for my obsession with kabobs. Here’s my Easy Grilled Kabob Recipes to kick off summer!
Start off summer with family favorite meals that are all grilled outdoors. For any busy family kabobs are the way to go. They can be prepared on the skewers the night before and grilled the next day (hopefully by Dad), so Mom can take a break. My summers are always hectic so preparing meals and having them on the table in less than 30 minutes is key.
Here are a few of my favorite easy grilled kabob recipes.

This was so amazing!!! This is my favorite dish in Persian restaurants and I can’t tell you how thrilled I am that I can make it at home. I followed the directions to the letter and cooked in the broiler for about 11 minutes on each side. I consider it my greatest cooking triumph and something that I can’t wait to share with all my friends and family. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just bought some Sumak online to make it even better next time. ($2 and free shipping at Spiceituponline.)
