This 2 Minute Peppermint Fluff Dip is an easy Christmas dessert recipe that everyone will love!
This is my favorite time of year! All of the holiday parties, and family get-together, finding the perfect gift for loved ones, and of course all of the amazing food! Cookies, cakes, and candies, my waistline doesn’t approve but I sure do love it! 🙂
Since I go to a lot of holiday parties I have a few recipes that are my go-to for those times when I’ve been busy with the kids all week and haven’t had time to bake. This 2 minute peppermint fluff dip is made with things I always have in my house, especially during the holidays, marshmallow fluff, cream cheese, peppermint extract, and candy canes. You just crush up the candy canes (or buy peppermints and crush those), then throw the fluff, cream cheese, and peppermint extract in your mixer bowl. Whip all of the ingredients together in your mixer, add the crushed peppermint, mix a little more and then off to the party you go. Oh! Don’t forget the dippers. My favorite is chocolate graham crackers, or if you really want to be decadent, Oreo cookies, but you can also use sugar cookies, Nilla Wafers, or regular graham crackers. Basically anything you can think of that tastes good with peppermint.
That’s it! So simple, so delicious. This dip never disappoints. Just looking at it makes me want to dive into that pretty, pink, fluffy dip, sprinkled with all of that tasty peppermint. It’s like a little bite of Christmas cheer! Ok, who am I kidding, several big bites…

Did anyone make this! I’d love to make this for a work party if it will survive the fridge one night and still be delicious the next day! Has anyone added crushed chocolate chips to this recipe?
